📌 Job Overview:
KuKu Express is seeking a motivated entry-level Social Media & Sales Personnel to join our team. Your primary mission is to help generate delivery transactions for our partner riders by managing all KuKu Express Facebook pages across the Philippines, handling customer messages for manual bookings, and tapping into Facebook groups to attract potential customers.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Achieve a daily sales target of ₱5,000 in delivery fees.
Manage and regularly update KuKu Express Facebook pages.
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Facilitate manual booking transactions.
Join and engage in relevant Facebook groups and group chats daily.
Maintain a results-driven and self-managed work style.
🕘 Work Schedule:
Hours: 9 hours per day (Flexible between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM)
Setup: Work From Home (Remote)
Employment Type: Permanent after OJT

🧪 How to Proceed (OJT - On-the-Job Training):
Duration: 2 weeks (Non-paid, Performance-Based)
To qualify for the job, you must complete the following tasks:
Team Formation:
Recruit at least 5 full-time freelance delivery riders in your area.
Store Listing:
Add 50 local “pabili” stores (e.g., food stalls, drugstores, school supply shops) using our merchant listing tool.
Do not include stores already listed at m.kukuexpress.com
Sales Target:
Generate at least ₱20,000 in delivery fees within 14 days.
